Nanofabrication and Nanostructures: Nanolithography and assembly based on SPM; Nanoimprint lithography; Nanomanufacture and nanostructures

Optoelectronic Materials and Devices: Charge transfer on surface and interface; Light emitting diodes and display based on QDs; Structure enhanced thin film solar cells

Nanodevices: Nano-scale physical properties based on SPM; Nanodetection and nanosensors; Optoelectronic nanodevice
